Where are you located?
You’ll find our facility at 7694 Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo, Michigan 49009. We're just 3 miles from Eagle Lake and Crooked Lake and less than five miles from Texas Corners, MI.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Additionally, we're open from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm on Saturday.
When can I access my unit?
We offer 24 hour access - you can access your unit any time you want!
What security features do you use?
Our facility is fully fenced. Once you're a tenant, you'll be given a code to use at our keypad to access our security gate. Additionally, we use 24-hour video recording by security cameras to help monitor our property.
Do you offer storage for students?
We do. Since we're so close to Western Michigan University (WMU), we're a convenient and affordable storage option for students.
Do I have to come to your facility to pay my bill?
Although you can come use our kiosk any time of the day or night to pay your bill, you don't even have to leave your home. We offer online bill pay!
What's the easiest way to get started?
We try to make getting started as simple as possible for you. You can contact us to reserve your unit, stop by our office, or even just use our rental kiosk, which allows you to rent and move into your unit any time it suits you!
